I strongly believe in a counseling practice that is inclusive, trauma informed and person centered. Empowering, educating, challenging, and supporting clients is my focus. Working together, we will identify your personal needs and then tailor therapy to meet your situation and goals. I work with children ages 12 through adult to address issues of depression, traumatic events/loss, abuse, anxiety, difficulty adjusting, and relationship problems. I have specialized experience in trauma focused therapy and am a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) provider. Many of my clients find that my easy going style quickly puts them at ease and makes the counseling process more enjoyable and productive.
